SUMMARY:Faith Perspectives Panel: Faith & Water
DESCRIPTION:Water is the foundation of life\, and a basic human right. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development states that freshwater resources are of major environmental\, economic and social importance and that the ocean is vital for human activities and well-being. But\, issues of water pollution and scarcity put this precious resource in peril. The Interfaith Environmental Network of Houston invites you to hear multiple faith perspectives on the topic of Faith & Water. A panel of speakers of a variety of faith backgrounds will each address this topic through the lens of their faith. An opportunity for Q&A with the panel will follow.
