SUMMARY:Taking Time to Exhale: A Zoom Workshop for Healing
DESCRIPTION:So many have expressed feeling as though we have been holding our breath throughout 2020.  Between the individual and collective stress of a global pandemic\, the murder of George Floyd and the national election we know people have high emotions. For this reason\, the Center for the Healing of Racism will hold a safe space for expressing and sharing our feelings. Using the Center’s guidelines for dialogue and sharing this will be a place to be heard\, to listen\, and feel listened to in community.  Free with donations encouraged.
