DESCRIPTION:The climate crisis is already here in Houston — and so is the power to fight back. \n\n\n\nThe 2025 Houston Community Climate Summit is a community-led gathering bringing together organizers\, youth\, elders\, artists\, frontline residents\, and advocates to build a shared vision for climate justice in the Greater Houston Area and Texas Gulf Coast. A Hybrid option will be available. Make sure to register! \n\n\n\nThis year’s summit is rooted in action\, healing\, and solidarity. UCS will discuss a recent report on flooding\, climate change\, and taxes. The Houston Climate Movement will share what we can do locally to act. We envision a world where our communities have access to clean air and water; where we have access to jobs that nourish our communities.
