This body meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 7-10pm at the Montrose Center. Public comment is from 8 to 8.30pm.
The Libra Project is a three-day leadership program designed for Houston college students to dig into big social issues that divide us, like race, privilege, class, culture, gender and migration. Through unique experiential workshops and peer dialogue, delegates will gain a more mature understanding of themselves, each other and their complex communities.
