Houston Peace and Justice Center Condemns Hate Crimes

The Houston Peace and Justice Center condemns all threats and hate crimes directed at the Jewish and Muslim communities, as well as any minority group in our nation.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, these threats and hate crimes increased after Donald J. Trump was elected President.

We urge President Trump and all elected officials to stop making disparaging remarks about any minority group and to make it crystal clear that threats and hate crimes will not be tolerated in the United States.

America’s diversity is what makes it a strong nation.
