Dowling St. Renaming to Emancipation Ave Public Hearing

We would also like to remind everyone that the Planning Commission’s public hearing on renaming Dowling Street to Emancipation Avenue will take place this Thursday, October 13th beginning at 2:30pm at the City Hall Annex, 900 Bagby.
