Supreme Court paused one execution. Now U.S. should abolish the death penalty.

Evidence strongly suggests that the death penalty is still being applied in an arbitrary and capricious manner. Who does and does not get the death penalty depends not only on the crime, but also the economic status and race of the defendant and where the crime was committed. RESOLUTION TO END RISING MILITARY TENSIONS ON THE KOREAN PENINSULA

WHEREAS the U.S. Government has now sent Navy forces, including an aircraft carrier and a nuclear submarine, to the Korean Peninsula, making bellicose threats and greatly increasing tensions in that region; and
