Clean Water in Action: Advocacy Through the Permitting Process

Join Alenka Cardenas and Clara Goodwin of Bayou City Waterkeeper for an overview of the Clean Water Act’s permitting programs. Alenka and Clara will teach attendees how to use a variety of monitoring and reporting tools to identify and correct water permit violations. They will also share best practices for advocating through the permitting process to win stronger permits that can better protect water quality and wetlands.
Access to clean water is a human right, and you can make difference with your advocacy!
