Meditative Moment for Families

Bring the family to the Rothko Chapel for a mindfulness meditation using animal themed yoga poses, breathing exercises, and intention setting through drawing. As we transition from spring to summer, take a moment to recalibrate emotions, thoughts, and actions through a nurturing and fun approach. In developing critical tools for overall well-being and mental health, the class will end with a child centered meditation to reduce feelings of anxiety or negative self-talk, instead refocusing on gratitude.
Align Mind has worked with various elementary schools in the Houston area and teaches mindfulness workshops at various organizations including The Children’s Museum, Rice University, UT Health, and others.
