Worship in the Wild

In worship, we read the Bible, learn, pray and praise. Now, experience those activities anew in nature. Join a small group guided outing in Hermann Park to engage with the natural world on a deeper level – to learn what it can teach us about the Creator, join it’s song of praise, and to pray in relationship with the world around you.
Each participant will engage with elements of the natural world that draw them, read accompanying Bible verses, and ponder meditation questions – all while using all their senses as they pray. We’ll conclude by reflecting on our experience of worship in the wild. Exact meeting location in the park will be sent to all registrants several days prior to the event.
