A Way Forward: To Tell the Truth — A Review of Racist Ideology

The Center for the Healing of Racism in partnership with Houston Community College (HCC) presents the second of it’s six-part series “A Way Forward: Dismantling Institutional Racism” on Saturday, November 20, 2021 (9:00am to 1pm, CST). HCC Sociology Instructor Michael Ayers will present a review of racist ideology and discuss its effect on identity and how it helps to uphold institutional racism. Mr. Ayers, a native Texan, has been active in the fight against Institutional Racism and White Supremacy for the past 29 years. The program will include breakout sessions for discussion and dialogue.
