VOLUNTEERS NEEDED-Help with gardening, cooking, crafts, reading with youth, etc. You will be asked to assist, not plan any projects
DONATIONS-craft items, pots, mugs, cans and large bottles with lids, musical instruments, etc.
This year we are proud to have FIVE public weeks of Peace Camp, each at a different location in Houston, 9AM-3:30 PM for each week!
- Houston Mennonite Church – 1231 Wirt Rd 77055 – June 6-10
- First Congregational Church- 10840 Beinhorn, 77024 – June 20-24
- S.H.A.P.E. Community Center – 3903 Almeda, 77004 – June 27-July 1
- Cameron Retreat Center – 2403 Holcombe-77021 – July 18-22
- Emerson Unitarian Church – 1900 Bering Dr. 77057 – July 25-29
- Houston Area Women’s Shelter – Not open to the public, but donations are welcomed to support the residents who attend
