PM N. Modi protest/rally on 9-22-19 at 9 AM at NRG Stadium
Kirby and 610 (S) 8000 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX, United StatesOn September 22, 2019, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Houston, Texas, for a summit with the Indian American community. This event is being held at the NRG Stadium from 10 AM to 1 PM. A group of concerned citizens will be holding a peaceful protest outside the NRG stadium in opposition to the human rights and civil rights violations of PM Modi and his government. The protest/rally will be on the west sidewalk of Kirby, from the 610 South Frontage Road to La Concha Rd, starting at 9 AM. Stay tuned for details (Bus transportation, speakers, etc). We are working on developing a website and online event signup.

The Ecological Crisis & The Response of Faith

All attendees, of all faiths, will then engage in facilitated discussions of how our faiths both inform and enable our response to this crisis, through both personal and collective action and advocacy.

The Longoria Affair: Film Screening & Dialogue
