Houston Community Vigil for Orlando from 6-7 pm Monday at the Montrose Center, 401 Branard Street
This month Andrew Cobb will present on his apprenticeship at the Possibility Alliance (PA), a electric free and low petroleum permaculture farm in Missouri. At the farm they cooked by wood fire, made wattle fences from the forest, raised animals, and hosted visitors looking to learn about nonviolent living.

77% of people in the Harris County jail are there because they can't afford a bail of $5,000 or less.
This year we are proud to have FIVE public weeks of Peace Camp, each at a different location in Houston, 9AM-3:30 PM for each week! Volunteers and donations are needed, too.

This summer, bring your friends, family and a blanket – and the Rothko Chapel will supply the music. Spend one Thursday a month at the Chapel, exploring the Americas through music with "Summer Sounds on the Plaza." The indigenous cultures of Mexico, Central America and South America will all be honored and celebrated in performances.
This year we are proud to have FIVE public weeks of Peace Camp, each at a different location in Houston, 9AM-3:30 PM for each week! Volunteers and donations are needed, too.
