The parade will begin at 10:00 a.m. at 601 North Cesar Chavez Blvd. Houston, TX 77011. At 11:00 am, the festivities will follow in the gazebo at Hidalgo Park.
There will speeches by Elected Officials, Robert Gallegos City Council member, who will serve as the grand marshal, Hon. Gene Green and Hon Sheila Jackson Lee will also be addressing the attendees.
