Our communities and the climate are under attack. April 29, join people across the United States as we march for a clean energy economy that works for all of us. A historic resistance against Trump’s administration is rising to action — which means now is the time to push for a new vision.

Kombucha acts as an adaptogen, which helps the body maintain homeostasis. The main ingredients are simple; water, a SCOBY, tea and something sweet.

10% of the proceeds to this class current indigenous resistance projects and movements. In the past this money has gone to Two Rivers Camp, AIDA and Survival International. These groups champion tribal peoples and defend their land and culture. As we celebrate their wisdom in our class we will also be sending support for their way of living to continue.

The typical American diet is contributing to obesity, diabetes, heart disease and other health problems, which cost Americans for than $150 billion per year. Many of our neighbors are marooned in vast urban food deserts without access to fresh affordable food. Equitable access to healthy options will support parents in save their own health, set their children on a path to a healthy future and put our food system on a more humane, sustainable path.
